  • CHAKRA BALANCING

    Blockage in any of the 7 chakras or energy centers in the human body disrupts smooth functioning of the body and mind leading to symptoms such as digestive issues, chronic pain, irritability, anxiety and difficulty concentrating. When all seven chakras are open, it is believed that the individual experiences a sense of balance, harmony, and well-being. Each chakra is associated with different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual health, and when they are all open and balanced, it is thought to promote overall wellness and vitality. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that aims to open and balance the chakras. This therapy allows energy to flow freely and creates harmony in one's body.

  • REIKI

    Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.

  • GUIDED MEDITATION

    Guided meditation can be very useful for keeping meditators on track during meditation. Guided meditations can include oral instructions about meditation posture, attention to the breath, body scanning techniques, and guided imagery or visualization.

Experiencing energy work can vary from person to person, and it might also feel different from your first session to your fifth. Reiki, in particular, stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, often leading to a profound sense of relaxation and well-being both during and after the session.

During a Reiki session, some individuals may notice sensations like heat, cold, pulsations, tingling, a rush of energy, or gentle wave, while others may not feel anything at all. It’s important to understand that there is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. If you don’t feel it, it doesn’t mean it isn’t effective. Each person is open to receiving energy in their unique way, and my role is to transmit that energy to you.

Since Reiki involves the movement of energy within and around the body, it can sometimes trigger emotional releases. This might manifest as deep sadness or anger immediately after the session or the following day. If this occurs, please know that it’s a natural part of the healing process. I encourage you to acknowledge and sit with your feelings, allowing them to pass, as Reiki can facilitate emotional clearing and healing.
